1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using PassNode Pro by DevNode (the "Application" or "Software") or visiting studio.devnode.sbs (the "Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the Software.
2. Developer & Intellectual Property Ownership
The Software, Website, branding, source code, neural models, graphic user interfaces, design assets, and trademarks associated with PassNode Pro by DevNode are the exclusive property of DevNode Official. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
3. License Grant & Usage Rights
DevNode Official grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use PassNode Pro by DevNode on compatible Android devices strictly for personal, non-commercial photo processing in accordance with these Terms.
4. Permitted & Prohibited Uses
You MAY:
- Use the app to crop, format, compress, and edit your personal or family photos for legitimate passport, visa, driving license, and competitive examination submissions.
- Generate 4x6, 5x7, or A4 multi-photo print sheets for local printing.
You MUST NOT:
- Use the Software to forge, falsify, or create fraudulent identification documents or impersonate third parties.
- Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, modify, or attempt to extract source code or AI model weights from the Software binary.
- Re-pack, re-brand, distribute, or sell modified APKs claiming ownership of DevNode software.
5. Preset Accuracy & Official Photo Acceptance Disclaimer
PassNode Pro by DevNode provides presets engineered according to publicly available biometric specifications (such as ICAO Doc 9303 35x45mm, US Visa 2x2 inch, Schengen standards, and UPSC/SSC exam portal rules). However:
- Final photo acceptance rests exclusively with the official reviewing authority (e.g., passport office inspector, embassy consulate, or exam portal automated validator).
- We do not guarantee acceptance if the underlying original photograph suffers from unacceptable physical conditions (such as severe blur, glare on spectacles, improper shadow symmetry, or hair covering facial features).
- Users are strongly advised to verify their photos against official government application guidelines prior to submission.
6. User Content & Ownership
You retain 100% full ownership of all photographs, cropped images, and digital signatures processed using PassNode Pro. DevNode Official claims zero ownership or intellectual property rights over any user-created images.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SOFTWARE AND WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. DEVNODE OFFICIAL DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, BUG-FREE, OR COMPATIBLE WITH ALL HARDWARE VERSIONS.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DEVNODE OFFICIAL AND ITS DEVELOPERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, FILING FEES, APPLICATION DELAYS, OR TRAVEL RE-SCHEDULING) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without giving effect to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or appropriate jurisdictional courts.
